Many of our customers have recognized the thorough attention given to details throughout the process. They have certified L.E. Jones for ship-to-use status, which means we can ship directly to their engine production lines.

The final steps of the gauging- inspection process include an evaluation of the statistical data accumulated during the production process and dimensional audits of select characteristics. Here we carefully analyze the data for acceptable capabilities and verify proper gauge setup. Records from these operations are kept for five (5) years, providing product traceability.

Inserts are run through our high-production fluorescent penetrant line. This allows us to detect any surface discontinuities, such as porosity or cracks.

For easier tracking within receiving departments, we can bar code all orders to AIAG specifications. We also ship direct to both domestic and international destinations.

At L.E. Jones, we take shipping as seriously as any other part of the production process. Because it doesn't matter how good our inserts are if your shipments don't arrive together and on time.
